3. App Usage

  • No account registration or login required to use the App
  • All data is stored locally on your device
  • You are responsible for backing up your own data
  • The App works completely offline for core functionality
  • Internet connection required only for AI task generation features

4. Credits and Payments

  • The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases
  • Core task generation and management features are available for free
  • Premium features may include advanced AI capabilities and unlimited tasks
  • All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

  • Create tasks or goals that promote illegal, harmful, or offensive activities
  • Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Create tasks that promote violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Generate inappropriate content involving minors
  • Plan or organize illegal activities or services
  • Create misleading or false information in task descriptions
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or community standards
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use the service to harass others or spread spam

6. Intellectual Property

  • Generated task lists and schedules are yours to use for personal productivity
  • You retain ownership of your goal descriptions and task modifications
  • The App's source code, design, and AI models remain our property
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
  • Ensure you have rights to all content you input into the App
  • Respect third-party intellectual property in your task descriptions
  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you
